Recently we had the pleasure of going to a "U Pick" blueberry farm in Corvallis Oregon. It was such an experience. We had never done anything like that before and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. So much so that we easily picked 9 lbs of blueberries! The blueberries were a little over $1 per pound, which price beats buying them at the grocery store any day.

Do you have any family favorite recipes with blueberries? We have given a lot of them away, made blueberry pancakes, and frozen quite a few. We are looking for some great recipes for all our blueberries. Do you have any favorites?
